Fresh Java Beans guarantees all coffees to be fresh when packaged and shipped. Your coffee comes packaged a full pound, 16 ounces, to a bag. Some settling may occur during shipping and the bag may seem to not be completely full. This is normal. If you are not satisfied with the freshness or condition of your order please contact us to arrange a replacement of your order or a refund of your costs.
